Can't Login With New Userids

For some reason, whenever I create any new userid in the AD, I can't login with them. I can still login fine with existing ids. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to logon from the server or client?

I am trying to log in on any workstation. All workstations are authenicated into the AD.

what's the logon error message? do you see any audit events on your DC when you attempt logon?

Make sure active directory is replicating to other servers.
