Can't login my extension with One X Communicator. Anything special settings needed?

I'm using a standard station number with a 8 character password. The server listed in One X is the same IP as the CM IP, I enabled "IP Softphone" to Yes in the station form. So I'm not sure what I'm missing here. When I login it says cannot reach server.
One X version 6.2 CM version 6.3

On station form on page 2 make sure Multimedia Mode: basic is set to Enhanced, maybe that is the issue

Also if an associate is successful logging into this then check their ip settings.

Ok I think I figured it out. I need to be on a separate Pulse VPN.
