Can't log in to UCM, Password fails.

I can log into my Call Server with the same account though. The message I get is you're gaining access via an emergency account. Is this an indication that a card isn't registered? If so which, my CP-DC or MGC card? then from that location how do I register the card?

I read somewhere that in LD117 I can reregister, but I can't seem to get to LD117.

Your are correct, the Call Server isn't authenticating with UCM when you get the emergency account message. You more than likely need to reboot UCM. However, if you can get into LD 117 then you can do a reg ucm sys

Thanks, but is there a way to get to LD117 from that location? I can get to PDT.

LD 117 is where you issue the reg ucm sys command, you need to get there. Not in PDT

Yes, I was just indicating that I could get to PDT, but was having trouble accessing LD 117, but I just figured it out and am now in LD 117. I just tried to re-reg the UCM and it can't find it, so I'll keep trying. Thanks.
