Can't log in to Great Plains

When we try and log into Great Plains we get the following message: An open operation on Table AF_Activity has caused an unknown error.

Any help would be appreciated.

The AF_Activity file (AF40202) keeps tracked of who is logged into the Advanced Financials Report. Maybe someone got stuck while printing the report and this table still has them locked.

You can delete the records in this table (AF40202)if no one is currently logged in.

Make sure you backup before deleting anything.
