can't get to certain web site from clients

I am running a windows 2000 server as our network proxy. Everything works fine accept, we can not access voyager.net from any of the workstations. But can access from the server. Have tried all the usuals. Any ideas?

If you haven't done it already, check to see if you can ping/tracert the voyager.net site from the workstations. It may be a route issue with the 209.153.190.0 ip address range.
