Cant get distinctive rng to work when DN is on mulitple phones

I am trying to get a 2616 phone to have a distinctive ring on a certain key. CLS is set to DRDA and key is set to SCR DNRI 1. there is another IP 1400 phone that has a key on it with the same DN which is set to CLS DRDD. They are both ringing DNRI 1(distictively) even though the 1400 is set to ring default 0..Help, I can't figure why they are both ringing distictively.

I meant an 1140 IP phone not 1400..

Are you calling from a KEY that is DNRO? That overrides the DNRI

Thanks for somewhere to start checking but I will have to check on monday. I'm off till then. It's not that critical just need a brownie from the boss. I'm a contractor hoping to get hired full time.
