Normally, this would be pretty simple: log on as admin, choose PF and exort to a PST including subfolders. OK.

With some PF's I keep getting an error when I try and I have verified permissions are correct and should not be the issue.
Error: Cannot copy the items. Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied.

THis error makes no sense as I can open every item in the folder just fine and admin shows owner permissions on everything.

Any ideas? I important as I found someone had decided to create a file system in the PFs and had created OVER 2000 folders! Now every query to the GAL takes longer as each PF has an email addess.

Do you have an anti-virus software installed in your exchange box?

Yes, NAV2 for Exchange and NAV7.5 Corp. NAV 7.5 does NOT scan the Exchange stuff. I will turn off IMC and shut AV to see if this corrects.

Dang! Turned off the IMC service and offed the NAV for Exchange and it worked. Thanks for the tip!!!!

Actually yoyu shouldn't go as far as stopping your IMC and NAV for exchange service. All you have to do is to switch your NAV for exchange from mixed mode (MAPI/VAPI) to just MAPI mode and that will do the trick.
