can't do any updates .. pleas help

When i tried doing window supdates i get this message:
"Windows Terminal Server needs to be in install mode to continue"

any idea how to fix that ? thanks in advance

Put it into Install mode. Change user/Install

do i do this even if i'm at front of the server ?

You have to do it from the server. After installing the updates, if they don't require a reboot, you have to put it back into execute mode: Change user/execute
