Can't dial RAN MUS ACOD 2

I get so much help from this forum.

Now I have a new problem.

I cannot dial my MUS or RAN routs using ACOD from my phone. I get a busy when I dial the ACOD's.

John do you use Broadcast (BDCT yes on your rdb for music?)

I agree, the books are not always right, but they have gotten a LOT better since years ago....(back then they had steps out of order for software installs even.... )

Just looked again and John does not have broad cast music. I think if he checks though that he will find that each trunk is assigned a different conference loop. What I have always gotten is that the conf loop is what makes the difference, not the actual TN location.

tnphoneman, unfortunatley I don't see the MUSIC route. The example that John posted was route 79 (RAN) and it has BDCT = yes that is why I was asking....

mx103's post at the top of this thread does not but that is mx103 PBX info.

CFLP is not prompted for Broadcast....

(wonder if it stays there though if you convert a regular music route to broadcast....)
