Can't delete LAN Card driver which has ! mark

Guys,
need your help.

I have encountered so far 2 cases that, LAN Card driver which seemed corrupt & had ! mark on it, was not able to delete. When trying to delete, it asks 1st question, kind of, Are you sure? And click, OK.
Then next, there comes up another pop-up saying that, Can't delete...

How can i fix it?
