Can't delete e-mail. 1

I have a computer here that keeps getting e-mail from coolsavings.com that show up but can't be opened, moved or deleted. I have tried to run the pst fix but can't seem to find the .pst on the computer anywhere. I could really use some help. Thanks in advance!

Clear out your temporary internet files (in internet explorer, Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Delete files... under Temporary Internet Files
I've seen a jammed Temp Internet Files cause this.

That didn't do the trick. Still giving me grief. Any other ideas out there.

Add the mailbox as an additional mailbox when looged in as Admin then delete.

Try the combination of shift + delete.

Beckas that worked...sometimes the simple answer is overlooked...I have been toying with this for weeks looking all over for answers and I never tried shift + Delete. Thanks Beckas!!!!
