Can't Create new WebI doc in XIr2

Hi,

When choosing New>WebIntelligence Document I get a list of available Universes, when I choose one of the Universes I get an empty Status bar and nothing happens. Does anyone know of a setting either in the Browser (IE6sp2) or maybe rights in Infoview that would be causing this? I've not been successful w/any of the Universes.
