Can't create new tables in Dreamweaver Design Mode - weird

Hi everyone,

I have a real strange problem here that I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what is causing it.

In Dreamweaver, I cannot create a new table using the Insert ... Table pull-down option, or the Create table Icon on the toolbar in Design mode. I can create a table manually in Code mode using the HTML tags. I can also modify a table in Design modem, i.e. copy a table, add or delete a row/column, etc.

I know, it's very strange. I'd re-install Dreamweaver, but I work in a college environment and Dreamweaver is served out over the network. Other students and accounts work fine, so it doesn't seem like it is an install problem. I'd wonder if it was an account problem, but since Dreamweaver let's me create the table in Code mode and modify tables in Design mode, I'm not sure how it's account problem either.

Is there a configuration/setting somewhere that might have locked out new create tables from Desgin mode? I'm really baffled.
