I'm programming a new 4.0 MM w/MSS install. I am getting an MM Config Wizard error when running the MISCM: Error in Operating System Configuration: Can't create MM Customer Account. What's up with that ? I had no errors in creating the DCT file. However, the first time I ran MISCM, I didn't have LAN network connectivity (I did have Private LAN connectivity).

I have just put in the same setup this month. I didn't have a problem with the Customer Account. I also only had the private lan connected. I assume you are using the latest DCT for MM4.0. - version 7.2.622.0.
Do you have any odd characters for the accounts login or pwd?

I blew out the MAS and started over. I did realize that I had not copied the latest version of the DCT to the MAS SERVER. I did use the latest version of the DCT to create my DCT file. It did work fine after I had private LAN, corp LAN and the correct DCT.exe version on the MAS to run.
