I have a (remote) user who is trying to convert a Word
Newsletter to a PDF file. He is using the "Create PDF"
plug-in option from Word. When he tries to convert, he
gets an error that the file is "open for editing" and it
will not let him create the PDF. If he e-mails the Word
file to me, I can convert it with no problems. I had him
check all of his conversion settings, and they match mine.
I believe that he is running Word 97 on a Windows 98
machine. He's using Acrobat 5.0.
What are we missing here???
