can't connect to ipo 406v2 via ethernet

hello,

we had problems with the ipo. we couldn't change the configuration anymore (can't ping ipo).

we erased the flash with.

at-x2
at-x3

now the factory defaults are loaded, but we still can't connect via ethernet. we tried the ip 192.168.42.1 (factory default?)

the manager software can't find the ipo.

anybody an idea?

Is there a CompactFlash (EVM) card in the 406? If so remove it.

While I didn't read that... It isn't what I meant. The IPO will switch to a DHCP client mode (i.e. get an address from an existing DHCP server) if it starts, from default, and detects an existing DHCP server on the network. I was suggesting that this might be the case

I has the 192.168.42.1, remove all cables on the ipo connect 1 cable to a laptop on port 1 using DHCP, so it must get an IP address in the range 192.168.42.xxx make the address fixed from wat you have got from the IPO.

C0A82A01 = 192.168.42.1
FFFFFF00 = 255.255.255.0
