Can't connect idle agent

Hi,

Anyone knows what is the cause of the event "Can't connect idle agent"? It seems like the Call Center has available agents but the system does not send them the call.
I have the event " Call cannot be queued" also, and I don´t know why.
Is there events documentation?

The most likely cause is that the queue limit on the hunt group has been exceeded. The default values can get you in trouble. Check the hunt queue limit.
I have also seen this occur when there is serious enough errors going on in the system particulary issues with clocking or TDM bus faults that it will stop processing calls to keep itself alive. If this is the case clear firmware counters and the problem will temporarily resolve itself. Look at your alarms and errors and repair or call your vendor.
