We have an 81c PBX System with a software rel. 5.0 and we can not do any coference calling on either all digital or anolog set.It was working perfectly but all of the sudden this happened. Does anybody have a clue why? The programming on all set are done correctly, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also a good troubleshooting tool is LD 80 with the ENTC trace command.
See the NTP for it's full description, and be sure to use the "DEV" option. You will see each key-press, and a lot of information about resources being used.

very strange.. you have at least one conf card per group.. if your conf cards are all bad, you can not transfer.. i would check all my card rls information... conf tds 3pe's and cni's.. is your patch level correct?
if it's just conf and not transfer, i would check for a patch
