Can't call out on the PRI

Need Help with a MICS 4.1 (30 nd g04 nat)
This is a new PRI install
The phone system already had the DTE card and the PRI enabler.

I can receive calls on the PRI.
But I can not make any calls out.
The display blanks out, and I receive a fast busy.
Under Maintenance – System Admin log
I’m getting Evt453-02460000
Telco says they don’t see any attempts on the circuit.
I tried setting the OLN# on my phone, but it didn’t make any difference.
Under Terminal & Sets: the phone has access to PRI-A

Here’s my setting.

try changing the protocol to DMS100

4.1 is full of PRI issues

Also make sure that you have a full 23 channels to go out on.

only use Normal and absorb None "0

Thanks, I figured it out.

absorb digits has to be set for 1.
Otherwise I got "You call can not be completed as dialed..."

Had to clear out the busname field.
Also had to change the oln# to a number on the circuit.
Since the main number isn't port over yet.
