Can't backup MICS

When using backup/restore tool, I get "Map file AOGOOENG is required. Any help? Thanks!

Try the Norstar forum. But can you also add the software level of the MICS and the NRU that you are using.

the message you received means your backup tool is not at a high enought level to connect. i got the same message until i upgraded the back/rest tool to nru 11. this is available on the nortel website.
