Can't assign access codes to Line PoolC 1

Company A is using line pool A (Access Code 9) and also line pool B (Access Code 8). I am trying to set up company B with line pool C (access code 7) but I'm not able to. I can't input any number for that matter. I checked the routes and they are all "no numbr". Dest Codes are "none defined"

I'm still fairly new to Norstar. What am I missing?

Need to check hunt groups and ext not being used and change if in range wanting to use

You could also use 2 digits for your access codes which would require changing present codes.
Pool A 91
Pool B 92
Pool C 93
However, 3, 4 or 5 should be available...

You can change Hunt Group DN's as long as they do not conflict with any other DN.
 
Found the problem. There were 7 ext in the 700 range. I renamed them and all is well. Thank you everyone!
