Can't Access the IIS Metabase

Hi,

I've run through the metabase tutorial at

http://www.asp101.com/articles/thomas/metabase/default.asp

and as far as I can tell I've done everything right, however when I try to run MetaRead.asp (which accesses the stored values) I get the following output:

ERROR Reading data access credentials from metabase
-2147463162:

ADSI Connection Path: IIS://localhost/ASP101/TestCred
Data Source Name:
Username:
Password:

Which means that one error was encountered, that code with no text, and none of the three key values were retrieved.

I am using IIS 5.1 on WinXP for the moment, to familiarize myself with the metabase, but will be deploying onto an IIS 6.0/Server2003 system once I've got it figured out.

It magically started working in IIS 6.
