Can't access/see all tapes in library

I have a StorageTek 9730 tape library which only seems to "see" the first 20 tape slots in the library. It won't look at the other 10 slots. I'm using Veritas Backup Exec 9.1. Is this a Veritas problem or a tape library problem?

Are the other 10 slots on another scsi cable ?

Go into the devices tab - disable all the devices and delete them.
Restart the BE services - you should have all the slots back now.
