Can't access newly built Citrix Server

Hi,

We recently built a new Windows 2K server and installed Metaframe XPe 1.0 and added the server to our existing Farm of 12 Servers. In the Citrix Management Console the new Server is listed however we can't log onto this server whatsoever via a published desktop.

After looking under the licenses tab for this particular server there is nothing listed.
We have an unlimited pool available according to the 'Metaframe XPe 1.0' properties under the general license properties. However, when you double-click on the Metaframe XPe 1.0 product information I get a list of my existing 12 servers with a message at the end saying;

Total in user: 12
Available for assignment: 0

This "available for assignment: 0" is obviously prevently the newly built server being given a license.

How do I change this? I remember this happened a while back in here and there were serious issues logging onto all our existing Citrix Servers after changes were made so I want to thread carefully with this.

Right click on the server and set the metaframe edition. Server won't accept connection until that is set in the console

Metaframe product code & Future release already set. Any other ideas?

On the new server:
stop the IMA service
dsmaint recreatelhc
start the IMA service
