can't able to save configuration ip office 500 v2

Hi,

Just installed ip office 500 v2. I'm trying to save configuration but it's always giving error. It shows progress upto 10% and then error... sometime error says (failed to save configuration (session time out)) other time error says (unable to read data from transport connection)... Can't figureout whats wrong. Also "send Congif" command is always disabled in Avaya manager software...


Help Please...
