cann't access print manager

i had printer label (called sato for print barcode and label), each time i print label (max 56 pcs label) my program error "cann't access print manager", someone can help me solve my problem.

Try reinstalling the printer driver to start with. It may be corrupted or there may be a newer version out there.

my printer can printer even not use driver..but i had try installing a new driver for that printer but it same proble too.
