From system manager I can see the mailbox store on the local server. When I try to view the mailbox store on a remote server through system manager I get the following error.
The action could not be completed because the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is unavailable. Be sure the service is running and you have network connectivity to the microsoft exchange server computer.

I need to be able to see both information stores to move users between servers.
