Cannot View Outlook HTML

Hi,
I am running outlook 2000 via ica client on a metaframe xp
fr 2 on a windows 2K terminal server. I cannot view html
emails unless I am an admin in the admin group. We know it has to do with user rights but don't know what to change.
Any help will be appreciated.

Download filemon and regmon from sysinternals a great web site.

These tools with a bit of experience will help tell you exactly what the system is doing. Look for "Acc Den" or "access Denied" ignore the not found etc as they are a bit misleading.

after looking at it more it's almost all the applications not just outlook that are having issues! If we add the everyone group to the administrators group everything works fine for everyone!

We did download those tools and run them and get the same errors running applications as an admin or a user!

but the tools should tell you what files are not getting accessed correctly, you can then change permissions etc.
