Cannot View anything under server name in system manager!!

have installed exchange system manager on a PC so that i can remotely manage the Exchange server without logging onto it. Run system manager and can see the server name but absolutely nothing under this??

No recipients, no nothing!

Any ideas?

Does your account have exchange administrator permissions?

I have even tried logging onto the PC as the domain admin and still can't see anything!

Does the domain admin account have explicit Exchange Admin rights?

Yes it does.
