In exchange 5.5 we could share calendars with other employees. When we went to exchange 2000 it would not allow anyone to see other peoples calendar even though they were given permission by the user. For some reason, the public folders are not able to be published, any ideas?

Have you allowed permissions to the public folders in the Exchange System Manager?
If not, got to the properties of the shared calender and assign rights to each of the users under the permissions tab.
