In Windows Explorer, when I right click on a Folder, if I click on Sharing or Properties, nothing happens. Other options, such as Rename work fine.

The PC is on my home LAN (2 x Win2k PC's + 1 x Red Hat PC, acting as router & firewall for internet connection).

I KNOW it is something blatently obvious, but I can't for the life of me find out what is causing it.

Thanks in advance.

alexwood,

Try removing and reinstalling the File & Printer Sharing protocol in your network properties. You may have damaged or corrupt files.

Please let us know if this helps.
