Cannot select files from remote servers

I have a win2k setup with 3 servers. I am removing the one that is currently running BE 8.6 and is successfully backing up from the other two. I have my new one built and BE 8.6 installed.

1. When I try to select one of the other servers, BE will not show any drives or files. These are the same servers that I was able to back-up from just fine with the other BE 8.6 machine.

2. The new machine will not be running exchange. That is getting moved to a different system. I have a license for exchange agent. Do I install the agent on the BE 8.6 machine or the machine that is running exchange?
