The computer picks up the device, shows the devices in Device Manager, and shows drivers installed under "driver details". But, when I do a search with Hardware Wizard, it tells me that those devices don't have Microsoft or Windows drivers installed!! Tried drivers from Driverguide, but it's like they just won't install because there is already drivers there - very confused. Not sure what to do next. Any ideas? Thanks
Sandy

Right click my computer (on the desktop), choose manage, choose disk management.

Is the drive shown there?

Are there any event errors for this? Have you installed or uninstalled EZ CD creator?
