Cannot see domain local group

I created a domain local group called "myprogram" for testing. I then went to the file server (Via the share, and the console), and tried to add the domain local group "myprogram" to the security tab for read only rights.

I cannot see any domain local accounts that I have created. I'm on a Mixed Mode AD 2000 Domain. What's going on?
