One of my endusers is unable to save any files to the server that are over 100kb. They are able to access the server and save small files fine. There is no disk quota's setup. Other computers on the network are able to save all files fine but they are running XP/2000. The machine that is unable to save files runs Windows 98. Any Ideas on why this would be happening?

Win98 is using SMB for such connections. Possible to be something wrong in SMB settings of that computer.
So, i advice to follow that thread, SMB settings.

I will have a lok also later on some things about SMB settings for Win9x.
