Use ArcServe 6.x for NetWare on Novell NetWare 5. Backups are successful every night. Went into ArcServe Manager to restore a particular file, found the file I needed to restore, but it seems the restore function isn't working. It gives me no error messages. When trying to run the restore job, I can see it "ready" in the job queue but never goes to an active status. I have also tried to merge the tape and get the same result. Can anyone help me out with getting this file restored?

Cannot restore a file

After you hit the "run" button, it's like the software's dead in the water! It does absolutely nothing! But it still shows up in the job queue, but the tape drive won't kick in and the job won't activate. Again, all my nightly backups are good and successful. I just don't know what to check next. Any ideas?
