And the user can reply to a message with OWA no problem. He is using Outlook 2000, and we have an Exchange 2000 Server here in the office. He recieves mail no problem.
Sometimes this happens to me as well in the office here.
I am using Outlook XP.
Here is the error message I get when the mail is kicked back:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'j*******@excite.com' on 7/30/2003 4:22 PM
550 5.7.1 <j********@excite.com>... Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [12.8.*.*]
any advice is greatly appreciated.
thanks,
jj
