Cannot Remove DFS Root 1

Hello, I am in a bit of a pickle with this stubborn server.

I have just reinstalled server 2003, and installed service pack 1. I created a Domain DFS root on server a and server b. (Server b being the new server I am talking about.)

However I had to delete the DFS folder \\domain\folder.

The DFS root was removed from server A just fine, however it will not be removed from Server b. Every time I try to remove it with DFs util I keep getting “Element not found” even though every time I use the dfsutil /View I still see it there.

I tried everything here to no avail:
