Hi,
We have Smart Suite 9.8 installed on 3 PCs in our office (all XP); files are created on one of them, and the other two users occasionaly access them for edits or printing. Evry now and then, the two non-creating users get an arror message "FIle is read-only", and cannot open it even if they mark "read-only" checkbox. However, if they save the file to their PC, it opens just fine. Any ideas on why this might be happening? Is it some weird bug between lotus and XP, or is it something that the user that creates the file does while saving it?
Thanks in advance for your response(s)!
