Cannot move between cells using the Arrow Keys in Excel 1

Hi,

I have a user that cannot move between cells using the arrow key in excel. If I go to another worksheet in the file, the arrow keys will move from cell to cell. In this one that's she's working with it's not letting her move cell to cell with the arrow keys.

Is there something going on or a way to fix it?

Is the Scroll Lock on, perhaps?

Is the whole sheet moving? If so, turn Scroll lock off.

I'm not sure if she hit the scroll lock off or not, but I checked and its back to "normal" now.
