Cannot logon to 61c 1

I cannot log into 61C with any method. I've even tried directly connecting to the com ports on the PIV CP.

The switch will not respond with the password prompt after logi.

Any suggestions

you should really cut and paste what you are doing and the response the switch is giving you, then we can all give you a better answer.

I'd say, as previously posted, you should try with CAPS LOCK on.

I've seen switches where one day, they work in any letter case, and another day, they need CAPS - not sure why.

I was ready to ring your neck when I read "Caps Lock".
I attempted to logon with two different computers and even tried remoting into the modem.

I just logged in using with caps lock and now I can log in again with lower or upper case.

I'm feeling very inadequate right now.

Ya, then you proved it One day, any letter case works, then the next you need CAPS LOCK. I have no idea what that's all about.
