Cannot log onto mailbox after moving it from Exc 2000 to 2003

The problem I am having is when I move a mailbox from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003, I cannot access the mailbox from a standlone Pc in a workgroup.

PC OS : W2K and XP
Outlook Version: 2000

After inserting the username, domain and password i get the following error unable to open your default e-mail folders. You do not have permissions to log on.

If I log on to the Domain and access the same mailbox, I am able to log in to the mailbox. fine on the same PC. But this worked fine wile the mailbox was on Exchange 2000.

I have tried other PCs and get the sam2 error.
