Cannot link to Oracle tables

HEEELP!!!

Hi there...

I am trying to link certain oracle tables from ms access 2003. When I get the list of Oracle tables, some have quotes around them i.e. CDB."ALLOC_TBL" and I cannot link to them, and the rest that do not have quotes around them i.e. CDB.ORD_TBL.

Why is access only using quotes for some tables, or is it the way the table was created on ORacle?

ANY info will be of great assistance!
