Cannot install Recovery Console

Hello,

I'm trying to install Recovery Console from the same XP disk that I used to install my system.
From "run" I 've typed d:\i386\Winnt32.exe /cmdcons

A window pops up saying that the version of Windows on my PC is newer than the version on the CD.........

Is this because of SP2? How can I install Recovery Console?
