I am having nite mode issues. The VSDN no longer answers in night, so I sent the NIT target to another set to be answered. I have looked at the VSDN, 190 which matches the LDN on the console, TD table 902, Announcement DN 900 & 901 (Day-Night). Tables are OK, Greetings exist, but the target VM 500 just prompts for a pasword. Is there a VSDN missing? Is there one to be set up for routing calls from a forwardee to the Time-of-day?
The setup when I got here was Nite 1 to 544 8 to 5, 500 after 5.

i assume the vsdn is a maxp 1 acd? if so answer mwc yes and take the rest of the day off

I just set it to Yes, and couldn't take the day off. Get a busy when calling ACD 501. I tried it as an overflow too. No change. Someone suggested I set up a dummy ext & fwd to VM, with a vsdn matching but a TD type. Still not working.
Basically, how would I set up the auto attendant to answer incoming calls BEFORE going to the attendant? They asked me this morning to make the AA up front, rather than overflow or nite. I have tables set up for it. I need the DID's coming in on the PRI to bypass the console & go right to the greeting.
