Cannot forward Norstar to T-Mobile cell phone

Norstar can be forwarded to AT&T, Sprint or Verizon. When forwarding to T-Mobile, the call rings once and goes to reorder tone. Think it is with T-Mobile. HELP!!

I take it your using a PRI circuit.

when you say forwarding I take it to be that you have a phone programmed by feature 4 to forward any calls ringing on that extension to another number? if so try putting a pause or two into the dial string.
or do you mean to say you are Transfering a call from an active call by a live person to another number?
also like asked above are you on a PRI?

Yes, we have a PRI.

Norstar is using a PRI and I do mean Forward not Transfer.

you might have a problem that will need you to contact your phone system vendor nortel tech support and your local telco all at the same time to figure out.
