I was looking at:

in this there is an instruction which says:
On the File menu in Outlook, point to Open Special Folders, and then click Personal Folder.
In the Connect to Personal Folders dialog box, locate and open the new Briefcase.
but i couldnt get special folders option, it only gives me OTHER USERS FOLDERS.
