Cannot find server when I press back arrow?

Can any one help

It doesnt happen all the time but when I press the back arrow on a lot of sites I get the cannot find server page I can go back and forward from this page but if I refresh it it just stays on the cannot find server page. This is very frustrating I have tried clicking on the downward arrow next to the back arrow and choseing the page but the same thing happens and I have set IE back to its default settings but nothing is working. Any idea?

Start by cleaning out your Temporary Internet files.

I have just done this but I am still getting the cannot find server page when I hit the back arrow, any more ideas?

Has this always happened on this computer, or did it just start? Set privacy and security settings back to default, clear the cookies, reset web settings and advanced settings....if none of that helps, you can try to reinstall IE.
