Should be under the View menu when you start a new e-mail.

lander215, thats what I thought and that, I believe, is where it should be but for some reason, when I look in OL2K from an XP machine it is not....

any ideas?

Turn off the option to show only recently used items...it's under Tools-Customize-Options. It's the only other thing I can think of.

hi Lander215.... I have finally found it...its not under any of that for future ref, if you open a new mail and click on the options button 'Opions' there is a drop down arrow to the right of that and it can be selected from there! (this seems specific to OL2K on XP)

hurrah!

many thanks for the repsonses.

regards
