cannot find \cityinfo.dat problem 1

I installed truesync desktop ver 2.1 under admin rights, now thta I am trying to configure the software under user rights does not work. How can I fix the problem?

Well it could be the same situation but you haven't told us much I am guessing from the Title that this is the problem, if not post back.

I'm not sure if this is the right way to do this but I saw the heading and I am having a problem with "Cannot find the file \cityinfo.dat" . I have looked in FAQ's but am getting a problem there reading other related FAQ's. I have SK99 loaded and this suddenyl happened today!!!Out of the blue.
Need HELP!!!

BTW I couldn'y see in teh FAQ'sany reference to a lost password for SK99 -(I have lost the password for SK99 on another PC).

Wow I am sorry I missed this one will get back to you on password problem later, the upgrade at tek-tips seems to have mixed up all the ones I have and haven't read.
Have you sorted out the cityinfo.dat prob yet?
